InMedia generates content optimized for Instagram (feed posts, carousels, Reels), TikTok (short-form videos), and LinkedIn. We're actively adding support for more platforms.

No design skills required. InMedia handles all the visual design automatically. You focus on the message; we handle the look.

Each plan includes a monthly generation quota. Your quota accumulates. Unused quota carries over each renewal, so nothing is ever lost.

When your monthly quota is fully consumed, content generation is paused until your quota resets on the next billing date or you upgrade to a higher plan.

Go to Dashboard → Plans → Manage Subscription and click Cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You won't lose access immediately.

You provide a prompt (e.g. "Product launch post for a sneaker brand, bold and modern") and InMedia's AI generates the layout, copywriting, and visual design. Results are rendered as full images ready to download or export.

Yes. Each post has a built-in editor where you can adjust the design directly. Tweak text, colors, and layout. You can also regenerate with a modified prompt.

Posts are exported as PNG images. Carousels are exported as a ZIP file containing all slides. Videos are exported as MP4.

A Brand Kit stores your brand's colors, fonts, logo, and style preferences. When you generate content, InMedia automatically applies your Brand Kit so every post stays on-brand.

Yes. Growth and Elite plans include API access. You can trigger content generation, retrieve assets, and manage your projects programmatically. API docs are available in your dashboard under Settings → API Keys.

Webhooks let you receive real-time notifications when content is generated. This is useful for connecting InMedia to Zapier, Make, or your own internal systems.

Direct publishing integrations are on our roadmap. Currently you can export your content and post manually, or use our API + webhooks to connect InMedia to a social media scheduler of your choice.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard practices and never sell your data to third parties. Generated assets are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage.

Yes. Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Click “Delete Account” and we'll send a confirmation code to your email enter it to permanently delete your account, all workspaces, projects, and generated content. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first.
