We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge on a subscription plan, provided that credit usage in the period does not exceed 20% of the plan total. Add-on credit packs are non-refundable after use. To request a refund, contact us at the support email below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal available in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period already paid for.

InMedia lets you connect third-party social accounts, including Instagram professional accounts through the Instagram API with Instagram Login, so you can publish and schedule content. By connecting an account, you agree that:

InMedia and its content (excluding content you generate) are the property of InMedia and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using the platform belongs to you, subject to the limitations of the AI model used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InMedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
